Mino Giliberti is chef and owner of Buon Appetito Ristorante in Westfield.  He arrived from Italy in 1972 and lived in New York City for twenty years before moving to Massachusetts where he established Buon Appetito in 2001. 
As an experienced wine consultant w/extensive knowledge of authentic Italian food, opening a restaurant was an ideal way for Mino to utilize all of his talents.
