Gas Prices Spike Again, Nationally, Locally

Gasoline prices in Massachusetts have reached another record high.

Triple A says the average cost of a gallon of self-serve regular gas in the state was four-dollars and 30-cents according to the latest figures out this morning..

That's an increase of six cents a gallon over Tuesday, which was when the previous all-time record high of four-dollars and 24 cents was set.

The average price in Connecticut is $4.41 a gallon statewide, while in Northern Connecticut the average price is $4.42 a gallon.

The experts say there could be another 50 cents a gallon in increases coming before Memorial Day.
