One of the largest landlords in Massachusetts is extending its moratorium on evictions until the end of the year.
Winn Companies has over six thousand apartments in more than 50 buildings across the state.
The company will continue the eviction moratorium for tenants struggling to pay rent because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Winn is the state's largest operator of affordable housing, with over five thousand apartments for low or middle income residents.
