Protesters Take Over Field At Yale Harvard Game

More than 40 protesters are facing charges after disrupting the annual Yale-Harvard football game in Connecticut on Saturday.

The protesters were students and alumni from both schools, and want the Yale and Harvard endowments to divest huge holdings in fossil fuel companies.

Around 150 protesters marched onto the field at Yale Bowl during halftime and refused to leave.

The protest delayed the game for around 40 minutes and led to over 42 arrests for disorderly conduct.

Yale won the game in overtime.
