The South Hadley woman who is the owner of a dog that the town is ordering to be put down, has filed an appeal in District Court.
April Marion is the owner of Ziggy who some in town have said bit them or became aggressive.
Marion says that's not true and she is going to court to try to save her dogs life.
Her attorney says that a judge may not be able to settle the case and predicts it will wind up in a federal court.
